Luberef Produces 1.6mn Barrels of Base Oils in 1991
The Petromin Lubricating Oil Refining Company (Luberef) - owned 70% by SaudiArabia's Petromin and 30% by Mobil Oil - in 1991 produced 1.619mn barrels ofbase oils from its Jiddah plant, according to the company's 1991 AnnualReport.
