Study Shows OAPEC/OPEC Products Exports Declining through 1995
Far from flooding markets in the industrialized countries with products, as has frequently been forecast, export refineries in the OPEC and OAPEC member states are likely to have to devote an increasing percentage of their capacity to meet rising domestic demand, according to OAPEC's Assistant Secretary General, Mr. 'Abd al-'Aziz al-Wattari.
