Iraq Invites Bids for Phase Two of Iraq-Saudi Arabia Pipeline
Iraq has formally invited international contracting firms to submit offers for participation in the implementation of the second phase of the Iraq Pipeline Trans Saudi Arabia (IPSA-2), according to Mr. 'Issam al-Chalabi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency on 3 June.
