AAIC to Float Shares in December
Half of the equity of the Arab Agricultural Investment Company (AAIC) is to be offered for public subscription at the end of December, according to a statement by the Bahrain-based company last week. The company has an authorized capital of $1bn, of which $100mn is to be paid in.
