KIO Increases Stake in UK Companies
The London-based Kuwait Investment Office (KIO) has increased its stake in Investors' Capital Trust to 11,900,666 shares, the equivalent of 19.24% of the company's equity. The KIO has also built up a 5.03% stake (comprising 2.81mn shares) in Scottish American Investments and a 20.8% stake (comprising 1.15mn shares) in the Prince of Wales hotel group.
