OPEC Invites Four Observers to Geneva Conference
OPEC has officially invited the Oil Ministers of four non-OPEC oil exporting countries to attend the forthcoming 19 December OPEC conference in Geneva as observers, MEES learns. The countries in question are Mexico, Egypt, Malaysia and Brunei. Mexico and Egypt previously participated in the 29 October extraordinary OPEC conference as observers.
