OPEC MAY INVITE NON-OPEC EXPORTERS TO MEETING AFTER MARCH CONFERENCE IN GENEVA
All that can be said for certain about the projected extraordinary session of OPEC is that a full ministerial meeting of some kind is almost certain to take place in Geneva on 16 March. However, there is still doubt about exactly what form the meeting will take, as well as how it should address the current disastrous state of the oil market and what, if any, approach should be made to the non-OPEC exporters.
