Ras Lanuf Refinery Starts Production with Target of 120,000 b/d 

Test production at Libya's long-delayed Ras Lanuf refinery has started, and MEES understands that present plans envisage a gradual build-up to a throughput of some 120,000 b/d by mid-year.
