Iraq Signs $275mn Contract for Fertilizer Complex
Iraq's Ministry of Industry and Minerals awarded on 17 April a $275mn contract to a US-Japanese consortium, composed of M.W. Kellogg, Hitachi Zosen and Nissho-Iwai, for the construction of the Baiji fertilizer complex, north of Baghdad.
