BNOC Raises Prices by 40 Cents for May

Despite the recent slide in spot market prices - which has resulted in a 50cents/barrel fall in the price of May Brent since the beginning of the month toaround $26.50/B - the British National Oil Corporation (BNOC) has announced a 40cent/B increase in the price it will pay for its purchases of participationcrude from the North Sea in May.
