Oil Ministry Opens Benghazi Office In Decentralization Move
Libya’s Ministry of Oil and Gas has opened a branch office in Benghazi, the first such office of any ministry to open outside of Tripoli. Benghazi is Libya’s second city and capital of eastern Cyrenaica province, as well as the cradle of last year’s revolution.
