Hopes High For Oil Restart As Sudans Return To Talks 

Sudan and South Sudan have resumed talks in Addis Ababa in the hope of coming to a resolution on a range of issues left unresolved from the 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement, thereby clearing the way for a restart of Southern oil exports.
