Iraqi Leaders Struggle To Complete New Government

As MEES went to press on 6 April, Iraq was in turmoil: although a new government had been sworn in, it remained stalled by countlesss delays in completing its own formation by bringing credible Sunni leaders on board. Its announcement was greeted by a huge wave of insurgent violence that shows no sign of abating.
