KuwaitsFourth Refinery To Cost $6Bn
Kuwaits Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC), meeting on 19 July, approved new cost estimates for the countrys planned fourth refinery. The original estimate for a 450,000 b/d facility was KD1bn ($3.4bn).
