Exports From Ceyhan And Khor al-Amaya Encounter Problems And Delays
Exports of Kirkuk crude from the Turkish port of Ceyhan will be delayed till mid-April, MEES learns. SOMO auctioned 6mn barrels of Kirkuk crude in March (200,000 b/d for the month) and was planning to have a back-to-back sale of a monthly average of 270,000 b/d in March and April. However, technical problems in Kirkuk, mainly rising water cut, have delayed pumping to Ceyhan for the time being.
