Yemen 2004 Budget Projects $490Mn Deficit Despite Higher Oil Revenue Projections
Yemens budget for 2004 projects a deficit of YR87.2bn ($490mn), up on both the 2003 budget (MEES, 20 January 2003) and estimates for 2003 closed accounts, which put the deficit at YR82.6bn ($464mn).
