Libyas Oil Revenue And Foreign Reserves In 2002
Libyas revenue from the oil and petrochemicals sectors in 2002 is estimated to have exceeded $24bn, according to an article by Lebanese economist Samir Subh published in the Arabic daily al-Hayat of 19 March. Mr Subh bases his estimate on reports prepared by unnamed Swiss banks for major European companies interested in investing in Libya, as well as on the views of an expert with the French export credit agency...
