EGPC, EGAS To Take Up 20% In Union Fenosa LNG Project
Spains Union Fenosa Gas announced on 1 July it had agreed to sell a 20% stake in its Damietta liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Egypt to state-owned energy companies Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
