US Abandons Idea Of Oil Advisory Board
MEES learns that the US-led Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) has abandoned the idea of an oil advisory board for Iraq and opted instead to have Philip Carroll, the chairman of the board, to act as senior adviser to the CPA on the Iraqi oil sector.
