Upgrade For Preems Scanraff Refinery Approved
The board of Preem Petroleum in Sweden, meeting on 15 August, approved an SEK3.3bn ($391mn) project to construct an ISO cracker at the 210,000 b/d Scanraff refinery at Lysekil. Preem is owned by Corral Petroleum, a Saudi private oil group headed by prominent businessman Muhammad al-Amudi.
