Kazakhstan To Delay Approval Of Kashagan Phase 2
Kazakhstans Minister of Oil and Gas Sauat Mynbayev told the Kazakh cabinet on 31 January that a decision on the final approval of Kashagan Phase 2 has been postponed due to the extremely high projected cost.
