Japans Itochu and Sasakura have agreed in principle with 'Abd Allah Abu Nayan Co and al-Muhaydah Holding Co of Saudi Arabia to set up a joint venture (JV), the main activity of which will be to rehabilitate and extend the lives of power/water desalination plants in the kingdom.
