Shell Acquires 25% Of Azerbaijans Offshore Inam Block
Shell EP International has acquired a 25% interest in Azerbaijans offshore Inam block. Shell Azerbaijan Exploration and Production BV acquired the 12.5% interests of Monument Resources (Caspian) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lasmo plc, and Central Fuel Caspian Sea Ltd for some $36mn.
