Adair, Occidental And Saba Sign Production-Sharing Agreement
Adair Yemen Exploration, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Adair International Oil and Gas of Houston, announced on 3 April that it was one of three companies in a consortium, which has signed a production-sharing agreement (PSA) with the Yemeni Oil Ministry to explore for oil in Block 20 (al-Sabatain). The other two companies in the consortium are Occidental Yemen Sabitain and Saba Yemen Oil Company....
