Mr. Ahmad al- 羨wwad al-繕mar was last month appointedpresident of Saudi Arabian Texaco, the company which operates on behalf of theSaudi half-interest in the onshore oilfields in the Saudi-Kuwaiti PartitionedNeutral Zone.
