Libya Leaves Most February Crude Price Formulas Unchanged

Libya has left most of its February crude price formulas unchanged from January postings, the exception being Es Sider, which was reduced by 5 cents/B. Everything else remained unchanged including the heavy offshore Bouri crude (26ｰAPI) which stayed at Iranian Heavy ex-Sidi Kerir minus 35 cents/B.
