Oman-India Sign $1Bn Joint Venture Fertilizer Agreement
During a visit to Oman by a high-powered Indian delegation led byPrime Minister H. D. Deve Gowda beginning on 2 April, the two governments signed a jointventure agreement for setting up the Oman-India Fertilizer Project (OIFP), which willconstruct, manage and operate a large-scale fertilizer complex at Sur in Oman.
