Bapetco Awards Obayed EPC Contract To Brown& Root
Badr al-Din Petroleum Company (Bapetco), the joint venture owned 50% by theEgyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and 50% by Shell, has awarded the engineering,procurement and construction (EPC) contract for development of the Obayed gas field in Egypt'sWestern Desert to Brown & Root of the US.
