TAP Pipeline Priorities Outlined By E.ONs Hoffmann
E.ON Ruhrgas took a 15% interest in the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) consortium on 20 May, with founding partners EGL and Statoil retaining 42.5% each. The 520km pipeline is intended to carry an initial 10 bcm/year of Caspian Sea gas via Greece and Albania to Italy and the European market. Theodore Tsakiris interviewed TAPExternal Relations Director Michael Hoffmann in Athens on 30 June.
