King Fahd Appoints 'Assaf Finance And Economy Minister
A royal decree was issued on 29 January appointing a new Saudi Minister of Finance and National Economy, Dr. Ibrahim 'Abd al-'Aziz al-'Assaf, to replace Mr. 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd Allah al-Khuwaitir.
