With little sign of movement on either the Syrian or Palestinian track of the peace negotiations, President Mubarak of Egypt has warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that his dilatory approach to the peace process may jeopardize the multilateral economic summit in Cairo in November.
