IPEC Experts ToMeet In Yemen In Early December

Experts from theIndependent Petroleum Exporting Countries (IPEC) will hold their semi-annualmeeting in San'a, Yemen on 6-8 December. Topics to be discussed include the oilmarket situation, the environment and energy taxes.
