Nazer Will Not Attend OPEC's Geneva Meeting
The Saudi Arabian Oil Minister, Mr. Hisham Nazer, who is currently recoveringfrom a gall bladder operation in the United States, will not be attending theOPEC meeting in Geneva on 23 September. In his place, the Saudi delegation tothe OPEC meeting in Geneva will be headed by Mr. Omar Faqih, Saudi Minister ofState (in the function of Auditor General), as Acting Oil Minister.
