IEA Study Says OECD Policies Will Have Little Effect on CO2 Emissions
A study prepared by the International Energy Agency (IEA) and presented tothe Middle East Petroleum and Gas Conference in Dubai on 12 January by IEADeputy Executive Director, Mr. John P.
