KFAED Money For Land Rehabilitation In Egypt
The Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) is to lend Egypt afurther KD25mn ($83mn) for land rehabilitation in northern Sinai. The total costof the project will be Eœ4bn ($1.2bn), of which the Kuwait Fund is expected tocontribute E655mn. In December 1990 it agreed to lend KD20mn for the sameproject, which aims to rehabilitate 400,000 feddans.
