China Signs Letter Of Intent For 20,000 B/D Of Kuwaiti Crude
China has signed a letter of intent to purchase 20,000 b/d of Kuwaiti crude,according to a statement on 20 July by Mr. Husain al-Shamma', the ExecutiveAssistant Managing Director for Marketing at the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).Mr. Shamma' also said that the letter of intent expressed China's readiness tobuy unspecified quantities of refined Kuwaiti oil products, such as gas oil andkerosene....
