Amiri Decree Seals Bahraini Oil Companies Merger

An Amiri decree on 29 December endorsed a decision taken last February by the Supreme Petroleum Council (SPC) to merge the countrys two 100% state-owned oil companies the Bahrain National Oil Company (Banoco) and the Bahrain Petroleum Company (Bapco).
