Algerian Prime Minister Mokdad Sifi last week announced a new 30-membercabinet composed largely of technocrats, including Mr. Amar Makhloufi as theMinister of Industry and Energy in place of Mr. Ahmed Benbitour, who wasappointed Minister of Finance.
