Kazakhstan Ready To Supply Crude Oil To Belarus
Kazakhstans ambassador to Belarus, Anatoly Smirnov, on 19 January said his country is prepared to supply crude oil to refineries in Belarus as the November 2009 customs union agreement between Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan has removed the obstacle of high transportation tariffs.
