BP Concludes Deal to Sell Suez Gulf Interests to Repsol; Shell alsoWilling to Sell
BP has concluded a deal for the sale of its producing interests in two Gulfof Suez concessions - Gulf of Suez East (GOSE) and Gulf of Suez West (GOSW) - toRepsol of Spain, and Shell has also indicated its willingness to sell itsproducing interests in the two concessions if an acceptable offer is forthcoming(for background information, see MEES, 9 and 23/30 December 1991).
