OPEC Basket Price Declines to $31.04/B in November
The average spot price for the OPEC basket of seven crudes decreased to$31.04/B in November, as compared to $34.58/B in October. For the first 11months of 1990, the OPEC basket price averaged $21.93/B, somewhat above theminimum reference price of $21/B set during the Geneva conference in July.
