Oman Budgets for Cautious Growth During New Five Year Plan
Oman's fourth five-year development plan, which began on 1 January 1991,envisages investment expenditure of RO2,107mn ($5,522mn), representing 22% oftotal expenditure during the period. Investment expenditure consists almostentirely of civil development (RO1,279mn) and the government's share inrecurrent expenditure of Petroleum Development Oman (RO761mn)....
