US Crude Imports from OPEC Rose by 3% in 1990
United States crude oil imports from OPEC rose by 111,000 b/d or 3.3% lastyear - from 3.366mn b/d in 1989 to 3.477mn b/d in 1990 - according to dataderived by MEES from API statistics (for details of imports by country andcompany see tables below). OPEC's share of US crude imports increased slightlyfrom 57.96% in 1989 to 58.58% in 1990.
Saudi Arabia remains the biggest single OPEC crude supplier to the US...
