UAE Oil Minister Expects Stable Oil Prices until End-1991
Mr. Yusuf ibn `Umair ibn Yusuf, the UAE Minister of Petroleum and MineralResources, expects oil prices to remain at their present levels, and evenimprove slightly, until the end of the year. He told reporters in Doha on 21 Maythat speculation by some experts about an imminent collapse of oil prices hasproven wrong, adding that prices in fact had been stable, contrary toexpectations during the Gulf crisis....
