Algeria Projects Budget Surplus in 1991
For the first time since 1986, Algeria will have a budget surplus of AD13.5bn($1.4bn) in 1991, compared to a deficit of AD4.6bn ($482mn) in 1990, accordingto the 1991 draft budget, details of which were made public last week by theAlgerian Minister of Economy, Mr. Ghazi Hidouci.
