SAMA Rescinds Banking Blacklist
The Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) has rescinded the blacklist which itintroduced at the beginning of this year to punish commercial banks whichwithdrew funds from the Kingdom after Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in August lastyear.
