Kuwait To See Budget Surplus Of $21Bn, NBK Says
Greatly improved oil prices and lower than expected public expenditure could provide Kuwait with a budget surplus of KD4.7-6.4bn ($16.46-22.42bn) for FY2009-10, before allocations of 10% of revenues to the Reserve Fund for Future Generations (RFFG), said the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) last week.
