Reported Iraqi Oil Deal With Iran Looks Like A Non-Starter
There has been much ado in the media during the past week over an allegeddeal between Iraq and Iran, whereby the latter would take delivery of Iraqi oilin payment for supplies of food and medicine. However, upon investigation, itseems that the deal should best be regarded as a non-starter.
