Egypt Invites Bids for Delta Offsbore
In an announcement made on 20 November, Egyptian Oil Minister Abd El-HadyKandil has invited bids from international companies for oil and gas explorationrights in six blocks in the Delta offshore in the Mediterranean between PortSaid and Rosetta. The area concerned covers about 3,000-4,000 sq. kms.
