Nigeria Revises Marketing Strategy

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has announced a revisionof its marketing strategy under which deals through middlemen and traders willbe eliminated, and sales restricted to upstream equity holders, prospectivedownstream partners of NNPC and companies which actively explore for oil inNigeria.
